This gentle yoga class is perfect for countering the stresses of everyday life. Motoko is a wonderful teacher and uses essential oils, an inspirational reading, various props, and a singing bowl to help her students stretch and relax. Students feel welcomed and accepted. A great studio!
Melissa was introduced to yoga while attending college at Indiana University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and English. She began practicing at IPYC in 2009. Melissa is a 500 Hr. certified yoga teacher and trained with us here at IPYC. Melissa and her husband Corey have four children.
