Kristi’s classes are such a good workout! She’s always introducing new movements and postures that we don’t typically work on which I love. and I’d say her class is really good at building strength and endurance.
After completing the 200 hour RYT training at the Yoga Den, Faten learned that her passion for yoga went beyond her and she immediately enrolled into the 300 hour teacher training program to further her education so that she can expand her knowledge and help nourish others with the beautiful gift of yoga.
Bringing awareness to the mind and body through the breath is the main focus in each of her practices.
