Yoga Den Oakleaf

Analee Elizabeth is a Yoga instructor, Tarot reader, Spiritualist, and Reiki practitioner. She grew up in a small town in Iowa knowing that there was something bigger and better for her outside those boundaries. She decided to leave Iowa when she was 18 and ended up moving all over the west coast. From the beautiful mountains of Wyoming to the sunny shores of San Diego, she moved about looking for her place to grow roots. That is when she found Jacksonville, Florida. In 2016, while in San Diego, Yoga found Analee at a rock climbing gym. The combination of strength, mindfulness and self-care spoke to her soul and has continued to change and shift her. When she moved to Florida all of the pieces started falling into place. 2020 was quite a year for her, she committed time to herself to deepener understanding of Tarot, received her Reiki I and II attunement while also getting RYT-200 through Yoga Den in Jacksonville, Florida. Kripalu Yoga presented a more spiritual side of Yoga that resonated within. Analee’s passion for Yoga has continued to elevate as she received additional training through other styles and philosophies. Finding her voice as a Yoga instructor she found a richer sense of grounding, compassion and Peace that allows her access to cultivate a heightened way of flowing through life. Analee now owns Yoga Den Oakleaf, as well as holding private and donation-based classes at her home in Oakleaf Plantation. Her desire is to create a space in which she can support others to discover their breath while tapping into their bodies, open their minds, and heal; at the same time as building a community to support and elevate as a collective.
