Natasha found yoga and meditation through the journey of self care and awareness. Yoga provides her the peace and introspection while meditation gives her clarity.
Her favorite form of yoga is one that creates a grounding practice that combines the breath and movement while creating a sublime experience. She is a certified yoga teacher and is earning her 300 hour certification in 2021. In her down time she also volunteers in the local community, and loves to garden with her children.
She believes that yoga is life transforming, and wants to provide a space for the same inspiration to the community.
