I came with a friend, and we both loved it! Aerial yoga was definitely challenging, but it was empowering and fun at the same time. The studio provides amenities from water to tea to blankets and a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Will come again!
Maria LaNave-Johnson has been committed to movement health and
expression (both personally and professionally) for over 30 years.
As a dance performer and educator, her experience ranges from West
African dance to Ballroom dance, with her current instructional
focus on wedding dance choreography and Cuban Salsa.
Licensed as a massage therapist in 1988, she practiced Swedish
massage for 25 years , but is now enthusiastically devoted to Thai
Yoga Bodywork.
She loves the energy at Grey Owl, and is excited to share her
gifts with this heart expanding community.
