I came with a friend, and we both loved it! Aerial yoga was definitely challenging, but it was empowering and fun at the same time. The studio provides amenities from water to tea to blankets and a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Will come again!

Norma

Norma Harris, MA, PhD, MA, has engaged in mindful practices for 20 years.

She has a MA in Psychotherapy and has studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. Norma‘s former career was as a Speech-Language Pathologist, which she practiced for 20 years, and as Assistant Professor of Speech Communication at Morehouse College where she taught for 20 years. Her PhD is in Human Resource Development.

Norma is authorized as a Meditation Instructor, Buddhist Chaplain and is the co-owner of Grant Park Meditation and Contemplative Arts Center (https://www.gpmeditation.org/)) along with her husband Dan. She is a three time cancer survivor.
