Adriann began doing yoga in the mid 1990's to defuse work stress. When her 23-year career ended in a layoff, she decided to teach what she found she loved...yoga! She is a RYT-200 and teaches an interdisciplinary style that she learned through her education at the Omega Institute in NY. She enjoys adding tidbits from various styles of yoga to create her own mix within a safe, structural alignment. She also teaches Bellydance and senior fitness.
