Amy has been a student of yoga since 2003. As her practice unfolded, her understanding of the connection between the body, mind and soul deepened and her interest in yoga expanded. It was her love of the practice that inspired her to complete the Anjali Yoga Teacher Training in September, 2014. Yoga has been the vehicle for her spiritual journey. Amy believes yoga is a personal practice; therefore she encourages her students to quiet their minds, open their hearts, and be in their bodies. It is her intention to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students, both new and experienced, can explore their own physical and spiritual practice.
