Terri is a former classroom teacher who continues her love of learning and teaching through yoga. She completed her training through Anjali Yoga in September 2015 and is registered by Yoga Alliance as RYT-200. Her training is Kripalu Yoga based, with a focus on being fully present in the moment through a combination of yoga postures and breath awareness. Classes range from gentle and meditative to a more vigorous flow style, all with an emphasis on alignment.Terri believes that yoga is a way of life that offers increased strength, greater flexibility, and improved balance both physically and emotionally. It is her desire to share this with others.
