There is a friendliness and vibe I’ve not experienced elsewhere like here! Great instructors and clients.
Kim’s first yoga class was over a decade ago, but her dedication to the practice began after a knee injury in 2010, and needed a more gentle form of moving her body. She began teaching after completing her 200 hour Hatha training in 2012, and has since been trained through the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute, completing Levels 1 & 2, as well as Art of Assisting. Kim works to cultivate her classes around being challenging but safe, inspiring and inclusive. She truly loves to be a part of the yoga community, and to experience the powerful change and growth that yoga can bring to other’s lives.
