Michelle G.
Michelle is passionate about education...of all sorts. She began her career teaching elementary school, then specialized in training teachers and parents how to teach children math skills through gaming. She is equally passionate about the benefits of yoga practice and decided to combine those two passions in 2016 when she became a hot hatha yoga instructor. She added vinyasa training to her skills in 2019.
Like many people, her introduction to hot yoga over a decade ago grew from a search to relieve chronic pain. While increased flexibility and strength took care of the aches and pains, she was captivated by the less visible skills that grow from a consistent practice. Focus, balance, confidence and a calm mind are the true heroes of a strong practice and she strives to remind her classes of that everyday. If you can hold it together in a hot room doing these challenging asanas, you can handle anything thrown at you outside of the hot room!
