Tate provides essential yoga training in his Warm Vinyasa classes. I know when I go to Tate’s class that I am going to receive knowledge and practice that will deepen and extend my life on the mat. Tate is an invaluable teacher that I consider a key feature of the Be One offering. I am so thankful for the incredible quality instruction this studio supports!
Hannah has been drawn to mindful activities throughout her
entire life; she started riding horses at seven years old, running
at nine, and practicing yoga at fourteen. In August 2015, she
completed her 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher training while living in
Washington, DC. In 2018 she completed her MS in Educational
Psychology, where she focused on creating easy to use
mindfulness-based learning techniques. Her teaching style combines
her experience with yoga and fitness with her education in
cognition and motivation through fun, accessible, and personal
classes for kids through adults.
Along with her own yoga practice, she still rides horses and runs regularly. She is also passionate about cooking and food, hiking, traveling, and art. She sees yoga as a compliment to all of her other activities, whether it acts as an aid to slow down and stay present, or holistic way to find strength and energy.
