This slower moving, flowing, very meditative class weaves physical poses, breath and inner awareness together to create a deeply calming experience. We will guide you into an awareness of NOW and your own internal landscape through observation of physical sensation and breath. The body is seen as a sacred doorway into our own physical embodiment, energy and intuition.
This class is inspired by the Amrit Yoga style of Yogi Amrit Desai and is wonderful for beginners, those looking for a slower pace and deep stretching as well as those interested in becoming more aware of their own inner promptings. Meaningful and appropriate for everyone regardless of previous experience.
