After many years working as a Business Professional in New York City, Mary began her Yoga practice in 2003 as a way to deal with chronic low back pain.  Yoga not only gave her relief from pain, but allowed her to slow down, be present, and listen to her body.  Yoga has been a part of her self-care practice ever since.Mary completed the 500 hour teacher training offered at Satya Life with Frankie Hart and has been teaching Yoga since 2012.  In her classes Mary will focus on alignment and proper technique, as well as introducing elements of breathwork. Mary is known for her attention to detail and her ability to make yoga accessible to all levels of students.   It is Mary's hope that her students discover the same transformative benefits of Yoga that she discovered all those years ago.
