Annie has been a certified yoga instructor since 2011. She has been practicing a yogic lifestyle for the past 10 years and strives to blend her experience on the mat with her life off the mat each and every day. She has taught several styles and has a special passion for practicing yin yoga to balance a busy schedule as a yoga instructor, therapist, and mother. Her classes strive to include challenge, options, freedom, relaxation, stress-reduction, and empowerment. She receives incomparable joy from guiding others to improve mental and physical well-being in all of her careers and looks forward to sharing that joy with you
