Yoga with Love

Claudine Fenniman teaches Hatha yoga with an emphasis on warming up the body to find ease in movement.  She has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2010 after receiving her training and certification in Padme Yoga from Blue Moon Yoga, Shrewsbury, NJ.  She is a RYT 500, Advanced Yoga Teacher and received her accreditation from Elevate Yoga in Hazlet, NJ in 2019.  ERYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider) and Reiki Master. After becoming a stay at home parent of two lovely daughters, Claudine rediscovered yoga through a Kripalu based practice.  During that time of discovery, she found yoga to be her oasis.  She loved the movement and connection to breath, the complexity of emotions that arose while on the mat and the lessons it brought into her life.  Each class brought a deeper connection to Spirit peppered with yogic philosophy. Kripalu Yoga with its emphasis on (breath and reflection) has had a strong influence on her style of teaching.  In addition, she has taken various workshops and trainings in:PranyamaRestorative yogaTeen yogaYoga NidraYoga Tune UpAnd is presently exploring Qi Gong and Energy work
