Namaste Yoga Studio is owned and operated by Adrienne Reed, host of the national television show “Power Yoga”. Adrienne has over seventeen years of experience teaching yoga, and has owned the studio for over thirteen years.
There are classes seven days a week for students of all levels. We
offer many different styles of yoga - from gentle, calm and
restorative classes all the way up to sweaty, fun and outgoing
classes. There's a style and level suitable for virtually
everybody, every day of the week. Whether you want to
recuperate after an injury, relax and unwind, or lose weight - we
have the classes that will meet your needs.We value the unique
qualities of each client and do all we can to ensure that your
experience is stress-free, rejuvenating, and just plain
amazing.
In addition to our yoga classes, we also offer pilates which
focuses on strengthening abdominal and back muscles. This
core “belt” is important for good posture, good health, and to
protect you from injury. It's also a great way to improve
your yoga practice.
And to round out your experience, we have Harmoni Spa which offers
facials, massage and waxing services. Can you imagine a
better afternoon than taking a yoga class and then getting a
relaxation massage?
Namaste is also proud to offer our very own unique Teacher Training program: a week-long, comprehensive way to learn to become a yoga instructor with television host Adrienne Reed.
