I have attended several Chakra Yoga classes with Sophia. She conduct classes that are both informative and interesting, explaining in detail all of the techniques, and why and how they are beneficial. I have personally experienced unexpected health benefits, including an improvement in my asthma symptoms, greater stamina and improved breathing, especially upon waking up in the morning. I urge everyone who wants to improve their health to attend Sophia’s classes.
AJ grew up in a yoga studio, surrounded by the yoga world with her mother, Adrienne. AJ fell in love with yoga from a young age, and has only come to love it more as she has grown up. She took part in a dance company for a number of years, but unfortunately can no longer dance due to medical conditions. Now, she seeks to heal others through her teaching. AJ's classes help you to be more in tune with your subconscious and help you to loosen up and relax. Her whole goal is to promote peace and relaxation through her practice.
