Hank has been practicing yoga for over fourteen years and is a Yoga Alliance 200hr certified and 50hr Yin & Restorative certified teacher. He has practiced and studied many different yoga styles, including Iyengar, Jivamukti, Yin, Anusara, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Bikram.
Hank combines creative sequences, visualization techniques and strong poses to help create a deep and enduring yoga experience filled with fun, fun, fun for all student levels.
Hank's classes are designed to create a fitter body and a tighter yoga butt for students; with the added benefit of a healthier mind and fierce attitude. His hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced and really, really, really strong.
