IW gives me exactly what I need in an all-around healthy exercise regimen!! All of the instructors are experienced in many different styles with awesome workouts from all. Barre is also a favorite!!
Why do you yoga?
Well I started yoga because it was the “cool” thing. It was a challenging exercise and I was good at it. Then being an adult started kicking in and life started to get real and yoga became more than just exercise. Yoga changed my life, physically, of course, but more than that, mentally and emotionally.

My favorite pose changes a lot. But I always tend to love floor bow - because it provides a back stretch I can't get from any other pose. And I love arm balances. Crow, Fallen Angel, 8 Angle Pose, Side Crow. Arm balances have always been a challenge that I keep working at.
I received my first 200 hour YTT under one of my first yoga instructors, Allie Bourgeois. Since then I have become certified in Baptiste Power Yoga and I have my second 200 hour training from Core Power Yoga. I am also a Yoga Alliance Experienced teacher with over 5000 hours taught.
