Sound Bath

At Sunshine yoga shack, we make yoga fun and accessible to
everyone who wishes to improve their body, mind, and spirit with
yoga practice.  Our yoga studio is a sanctuary where
individuals come together to cultivate balance, strength, and
harmony in both their bodies and minds. We welcome beginners at
every level and challenge the most experienced
individuals. 
Sunshine uses all the elements to create the perfect place to
practice yoga. Our aerial yoga studio uses the air element
to take the practice of yoga to new heights. Our hot yoga
studio in Mansfield Tx provides a space for individuals to escape
the demands of daily life and find solace in the heat. We have the
fire element in our Power and Heated classes.  We have the
water element in our Deep Yoga and Just Yoga classes, which allows
you to flow through basic yoga postures with breathwork. We have
the earth element in our Yin. Nidra. Sound. , classes. This class
offers deep-release postures, guided meditation, and sound healing
to promote relaxation.  The sound element is used in all our
classes with sound healing during savasana and long Sound Bath
events.
