This place is a hidden GEM!! My niece asked me to attend a Yoga class with her this weekend .... and now I'm hooked!! Signed up on Saturday for the Hot Yoga and today attended the Yin and Body class. I feel amazing, guess you could say “Empowered”
The cost is extremely reasonable plus they offer various classes which are scheduled throughout the week which accommodates most hectic schedules (that's a bonus for me!).
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's class and the day after, .....

Brad Offutt is the owner and lead facilitator at Heart &
Soul Yoga. For the first 20 years of Brads career he was in the
business field of Real Estate. In 2008 Brad began to deal with burn
out and questioned what his own life's mission on this planet was
all about. Around the same time Brad began to deal with his own
bout of chronic pain issues. Immediately Inspired after attending
his first group yoga class in 2011 ignited him into the study and
practice of alternative healing medicine. Currently Brad is a tier
3 certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga© 500 E-RYT instructor. In
addition to over 2,000 hours of yoga training, Brad has studied
with Anthony Robbins and the RMT training centers and is a Life
Coach/Strategic Interventionist. Additionally, studies include Thai
Massage and Traditional Thai Medicine in Katu, Thailand.
Brads sessions are great for people with chronic pain
including those with all types of joint pain including foot pain,
back pain, hip pain, shoulder and neck. Through his worldwide
travels and journey Brad developed a technique called Mobility
Freedom which is grounded in ancient art of Sen lines healing
touch and include range of motion movements. He is a teacher of
teachers, he leads yoga and Thai Massage trainings. His passion for
restoring and revitalizing his own health and sharing it with
others is the product of his yoga and healing arts journey and
education practice. His public classes demonstrate dedication to
inspire others to make positive life changes. Focused on the
individual as part of the bigger community, Brad teaches balance,
flexibility, strength and a Mindbody connection.
