Amy is a native of Mason, Ohio, having lived here her whole
life. With a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in
Nutrition, Amy spends a great deal of time changing the lives of
the others through personal training and nutrition counseling. Amy
has been teaching yoga since college and has had the opportunity to
teach in a variety of settings including studios, the corporate
environment, gyms, personal clubs, and private instruction. Amy
brings a great deal of fitness experience to her yoga classes
having taught aerobics, dance, gymnastics, bootcamp, Pilates,
spinning, and kickboxing. Amy has cheered professionally for 4
sports teams, including the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds.
She has competed on world and national stages through fitness
competitions and has competed in numerous running, biking and her
newest endeavor triathlon races.
Outside of Amy's professional life, she is a very happy mother
of a energetic 3 year old and spends most of her time with her
husband and close family members. Amy loves to run, read nutrition
books, and spends her summer days by the pool!
