I am a mom of 3, wife, and work as a full-time nurse. I
relocated to Cincinnati in 2013 from Tucson, AZ with my family.The
first time, I experienced yoga in a studio was here at Drishtiq. I
came with a friend to try a Hot Vinyasa class in the spring of 2015
and I was hooked! I love not only the physical challenge of the
practice but, how each time I come on to my mat, I walk away with a
new and deeper understanding of yoga and most importantly myself.
Yoga has helped me tremendously to decrease my stress levels by
learning to breathe, slow down my restless mind, and be
present.Which, has brought me an overwhelming sense of peace and
balance in my life.I was drawn to teacher training well… because I
felt this indescribable pull to just go for it! I am eager to share
with others my new knowledge about yoga and hope others will
experience how yoga can profoundly affect their life too!
