Sylvia you wrote a great blog about Yin&Yang. I appreciate all the research you did for the story. We should add the Khapalbati breathing technique to your class. I like this technique very much. Namaste!!
My yoga journey began in college, 20 years ago. I knew there was something special about yoga. There was a reason I would return to my mat and practice over and over. It wasn’t until yoga teacher training that I learned why. I love learning and growing each time I practice and teach. I hope to create space for students to experience their own yoga journey.
Yoga has helped me through injury, loss and many life changes. I have always loved the physical practice of yoga, but have found grounding, healing and peace in the breathwork and meditation.
I love being active whether it’s hiking, running, spinning, practicing yoga or playing with my kids. I’m a Lebanon, Ohio, native and live there along with my husband Zach, our four kids and dog, Rosie.
