We’re an award-winning studio here to honor and empower “Your
Inner Yogi” journey towards personal growth and well-being. Learn
how our affordable classes can help jumpstart your journey.


Your Inner Yogi is located within a contemporary yoga
studio in the heart of Downtown Memphis, we offer a unique,
intimate and comfortable yoga environment. Our studio merges
yoga and art to create a setting of mindfulness and free
expression. At Your Inner Yogi, we are dedicated to providing you
with the support and resources to bring about healing, health, and
wellness.
Our mission is to make yoga accessible to grow our community,
promote inner healing, better health, and overall wellness. HOW? In
the studio, we offer a variety of affordable, work exchange and
complimentary yoga groups and private services. Outside the studio,
we host, organzine, and collaborate with local organizations to
fundraise, educate, support and promote inclusiveness,
accessibility, and sustainability.
