Because of Yoga, I am much more flexible with strengthened muscles and better balance. Sybil is very knowledgeable and gives great details in her instructions. The details take my practice to new places allowing my movements to be more fluid and accurate.
In Sybil's Yoga Attunement ClassI feel like I am getting a message from the 'inside out' because of the stretching, twisting and self discovery of how much deep muscle tissue work reforms the body. Sybil assesses the class needs and continues in a progressive way.
I am challenged by Sybil's Rise and Shine class. I can adjust to my own pace due to many different levels offered during class time. I feel good within when I have accomplished challenging poses for myself. The class is energetic. A great way to start my day!

Alyson is passionate about living a harmonious life, inside and out. Yoga is the one physical activity that Alyson always felt drawn to, trying her first class at only 9-years old. In 2016, she completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Spain to fully immerse herself in the practice of yoga. Upon completion of her training, Alyson left a career managing a non-profit and decided to dedicate her time to helping people, but in a different way, with an emphasis on healing the mind, body and spirit. After beginning to teach yoga full-time, Alyson pursued and completed a Masters in Integrative Health and Healing to further propel her skills and knowledge in the health field. Through her Masters, she began her work with the creator of Energy Medicine Yoga (EMYoga) to develop the EMYoga School and their advanced EMYoga Teacher Trainings.She is dedicated to sharing the unique healing power of EMYoga, which incorporates acupressure holds, tapping and ancient energy medicine techniques into a classic yoga practice. Alyson believes that by combining mind, body, and energy work through yoga each individual can unlock the ancient healing wisdom that lives within and achieve optimal well-being.
