I just took a wonderful restorative class and I am feeling totally calm and peaceful. The poses felt amazing and Jennifer is so attentive to everyone and their needs. I love the little personal attention you get in the way of massages, checking in, essential oils and so on. I highly recommend this class and, so far, this studio. What a lovely experience.

Mindfulness Yoga • $20.00

Mindful Yoga is meditation in motion. In order to achieve the full benefit of the practice we must truly engage our attention and heart energy so that we can stay fully present. In mindful yoga we use the physical experience of body and breath as a focus for our awareness. We practice experiencing everything that happens calmly without judgement or interpretation. With patience and careful practice this style of yoga will gently guide us out of our heads and into our raw unfiltered experience of being alive in the here and now.
