I have been participating in Pamela's Yoga classes since March 2019. I am loving her classes, they have become some of my favorite times of the week. Pamela is an expert teacher. Her calm, measured instructions are instructive and relaxing. I have learned to improve my breathing. Her stretches and positions have helped me become stronger, physically and, psychologically.  I attend the Aging Gracefully class. I highly recommend Pamela's classes.

Stiff Person Yoga • $20.00

Too tight or feel stiff?  Learn how to release tightness and tension.  Move at your pace and be more comfortable sitting, lying, and standing.  Learning how to work within your limits using yoga poses to unlock your tension.  Props used to assist in understanding letting go in the right places.  Class ends with a guided relaxation.  (Great for Beginners)
