I have been participating in Pamela's Yoga classes since March 2019. I am loving her classes, they have become some of my favorite times of the week. Pamela is an expert teacher. Her calm, measured instructions are instructive and relaxing. I have learned to improve my breathing. Her stretches and positions have helped me become stronger, physically and, psychologically.  I attend the Aging Gracefully class. I highly recommend Pamela's classes.

Restorative Yoga • $20.00

This class provides an environment for total relaxation. The practice uses simple poses that support the muscles and bones with props (pillows, blankets, chairs, etc.) to encourage relaxation. Focus on breath awareness, sensations, thoughts/ emotions that arise in practice.  Benefits include reducing muscle tension with slow stretching, joint health and increasing range of motion.  Appropriate variations are given to students depending on their needs and ability.  Each class ends with guided relaxation.

Special instructions

To show respect for yourself and others during class Mindful Yoga strongly recommends that you honor the following guidelines:

  • Wear non-binding clothing for free movement
  • No perfume or cologne in class
  • Practice in bare feet, no socks
  • Please arrive on time for class; preferably 10 minutes prior to the start of class
  • Allow at least 2 hours after eating before class
  • If you must eat prior to class, eat lightly and refrain from meat
