I have been participating in Pamela's Yoga classes since March 2019. I am loving her classes, they have become some of my favorite times of the week. Pamela is an expert teacher. Her calm, measured instructions are instructive and relaxing. I have learned to improve my breathing. Her stretches and positions have helped me become stronger, physically and, psychologically.  I attend the Aging Gracefully class. I highly recommend Pamela's classes.

Yoga in Depth • $20.00

Focus is to deepen awareness of alignment and the subtle body.  Practice is a flow or vinyasa style with longer holds to deepen and strengthen the inner focus towards pranayama and meditation. 

Learn to isolate muscles of the feet, knees, hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, and neck to develop a one pointed mind.  Each class ends with guided relaxation and meditation
