Amy began growing her passion for the mind, body, spirit connection in 1999 through practicing Tai Chi and Martial arts. She received her 200hr certification from Gotta Yoga more than five years ago. She is certified to teach all levels of yoga including those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, anxiety, depression, prenatal, and injury recovery. She enjoys teaching: energetic Vinyasa, Long Slow Deep and Meditation.
She is married with a beautiful two year old daughter. Amy is
very blessed to have had her yoga experience guide her through the
entire pregnancy.
She is very dedicated to the practice of yoga and the beauty it
brings to every life it touches. Through breathing fully and
moving, we connect to our higher self and begin to grow our lives
more fully and consciously.
In her down time, she loves to cook, grow her gardens (fairy garden for her 3 yr old), practice yoga, meditate, sing, take pictures, and paint (which you will see some of her art work in the studio)
