I have attended 2 of the Gentle Yoga classes with Tami on Monday nights. It has exceeded all of my expectations! I am recovering from a sprained ankle and the class is tailored to accommodate people of all levels. I always feel like I got a great stretch without any residual pain and there is no stress of being competitive or compared to everyone else. Tami is very informative and takes her time to make sure everyone is in proper position and comfortable. I plan to continue with the Monday night classes. I always leave feeling very relaxed and walking a bit taller. What a great way to start the week!
