Bodhi Seed Yoga & Wellness Studio

I have discovered Bodhi Seed Yoga Studio to be a wonderful place to recharge my "yoga spirit"!  I love the services offered and the comfortable atmosphere having a generous supply of yoga props offered if needed, excellent well trained instructors, and a studio that radiates welcome in a atmosphere of calm.
One can experience yoga both vitual and/or in person in studio.  Although I value a daily practice of self care with at least a 2 mile walk 3×'s a week, eating health conscious meals and snacks, remembering to drink water often, my matt serves me as "my church" when I stop in to visit Bodhi Seed & Wellness Studio for my 1 hour of zen!   Namaste, Mary Anne Callaghan

I really enjoyed the back to basics class with Daniel. It was exactly just right for me today. Daniel is obviously knowledgeable and he has a sense of humor about life and yoga!!

From back to basics to ashtanga, the classes here are taught with a concentration on the benefits of consistent, devoted practice.

Mayra’s meditations are always on point for me. She’s very creative and inspires me to feel comfortable as I explore the uncomfortable. Truly a wonderful guide & teacher.

Never a disappointment.  The practice is wonderful as well as the comments throughout the session.  You never have to guess or be concerned the reason for doing a yoga move.
Very happy I am able to attend.
