Kris is a phenomenal instructor! She is able to accommodate anyone with any physical needs and is so patient and flexible. I took the aerial yoga class my final semester of grad school at CMU and would highly recommend this yoga class to anyone interested in trying something new or looking for community. I made unique friends and felt so supported and encouraged to try new things at each class, and loved that we were called flyers and always reminded by Kris “option, not necessity” to make sure we didn't push beyond our body's limits. Kris is a wonderful spirit and she made my last semester at CMU so bright every Thursday for aerial, thank you!!
