Strength training fosters body intelligence and awareness. This class does not look or feel like a typical yoga class. Rather, the student should expect many repetitions of movements and drills that target specific muscle groups. Students will be given the tools to help them move past their edge and gain functional strength, both mentally and physically. Modifications are offered at all levels.
