Our hot yoga is at 90degrees, a temperature universally accepted as the maximum for safe exercise by experts and exercise physiologists alike. Temperatures above increase the risk of heat stroke, symptoms of which are:
Nausea, vomiting, headache, joint pain, weakness or fatigue, dehydration, lack of energy, excessive thirst and dizziness.
Vinyasa flow styles at Level I-II
Bring your mat, towel and water, hand towel for grip and sweat. Wear comfortable form fittin clothing, wet wicking is best.
