Every teacher at Kali offers positive, supportive, transformative classes and works to build a community of folks that are committed to challenging themselves and helping others around them! Love Kali!
Lyle originates from New York City, where she began practicing Bikram and restorative style yoga at the age of 8, alongside her mother. Her love of movement allowed her to develop into a dancer and receive training from the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in Ga’aton Israel (2013), San Fransisco Conservatory of Dance (2016), and later receiving her BFA in dance from Ball State University (2017).
She completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Sri Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India (2018), where her study was focused on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Lyle enjoys honoring the traditional roots of all practices while continuing their development in order to increase accessibility.
During one on one sessions she assembles a personalized plan for each student, incorporating asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Lyle helps to create a “road map” for each student as they dive deeper into the understanding of self, both mentally, physically, and spiritually.
