Jack Stell has been practicing yoga since 2017. After a solid ten years without any real exercise he decided it was time to take care of himself; mind, body and spirit. Though initially enticed by the idea of being able to touch his toes, he quickly learned the value of focused breathing and a more mindful way to think about his health. Through an approachable yet challenging practice, Jack hopes to help more people like him. Everyone should be able to control their breathing, stretch without cramping and stand on one leg for a few minutes.
