This is my happy place! After 3 years of attending, I truly can say that Hot or Not Yoga has been life-changing for me. I feel better, I'm happier, and love coming to class. Every teacher offers a new perspective and they are all great. The Suffolk location is wonderful and very convenient. The Flow classes are my favorite. Everyone should try at least 3 classes of Hot Yoga to get a real feel for what classes are like and adjust to the feel of the warmth while exercising. The heat makes muscles and joints much more limber so that those of us with arthritis and back pain can still participate!
