Martine McKinney (RYT200) brings her vivacious and serene energy to her classes and one-on-one sessions. Her love for the connection of mind, body, and spirit helps to assist her students with finding their balance and strength. Martine teaches all three classes on Wednesday evenings. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Blue Fitness studio and began her studies of Movement Medicine seven years ago as a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer. For the last three years she has been rigorously practicing and teaching individuals of all backgrounds the yogic approach. Martine is inspired by leading others to their full potential and inner light.
