Founder and owner, Jessica White, has a passion for both teaching and taking yoga! She's a 200 E-RYT specializing in the Baptiste methodology. Jess loves to learn new methods and is currently enrolled in a 300 YTT + Ayurveda training. She is also a certified Barre instructor and loves to move and groove to a fun playlist when she's not getting her zen on! Jess earned a BS from East TN State University & a Master’s of Education from Milligan College. She's a family gal and loves spending time with her husband and their three sons! Jess is an Enneagram type 7 (IYKYK) outgoing adventure seeker that loves Jesus, all things outdoors, and yummy food.
Jess loves sharing yoga with others! For her, it's not about the physical changes (strength and endurace are a bonus!) but about inner change and self acceptance. Moving, flowing and breathing allows her to open up places that are typically closed off and guarded. She had a vision to create a space that might help others find a sense of peace, comfort and health. Both teaching and taking has shown Jess how to let go of things that no longer serve her and make room for the new.
In her classes, Jess strives for you to believe in yourself, regardless if that’s pushing hard or backing off. In her classes, expect to flow hard, have fun, and find worth in your current place of being. The mind, body, spiritual connection has been life changing for Jess and she loves sharing that with others.
