Jennifer fell in love with yoga the first time she experienced savasana in 2008. The yoga high has been a powerful and fulfilling journey ever since. Jenn has taught over 3,000 classes including many different styles of yoga. Jennifer believes there is a style (or many styles) of yoga for everyBODY! She has experience teaching many styles of yoga including hot, power, vinyasa, childrens, prenatal, yin, restorative and yoga nidra. When not on her mat, Jenn enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, meditation, DIY anything, hiking, farmers markets, reading, cooking, and traveling. Jennifer looks forward to meeting you on your mat wherever you are on your yoga journey.
