Stefanie Hedges

NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre

Stefanie is originally from Nashville, and lived many years in New York City where she went to school and worked in theatre. She recently relocated to Nolensville with her husband and their four children. She is certified in barre, and has a deep love for group fitness and the community and shared experiences that come with it. She hopes people of all levels and walks of life feel welcome and encouraged in her classes, and leave feeling stronger mentally and physically. Movement is medicine. She also enjoys practicing yoga, too much coffee, gardening, and spending time with her family and her mutt.
