This was a fabulous class! Just what I have been looking for. Bob holds his poses longer than some instructors, really allows a good stretch. Will definitely sign up again!
Claudia casually investigated yoga for years before she began to seriously study yoga as a means of stress relief. Her focus is on a relaxing class as she believes that modern life creates stresses that our bodies are not intended to handle. At almost 60 years old, she practices “yoga for the rest of us,” who are not necessarily limber and fluid of movement. She has been teaching steadily since finishing yoga teacher training at The Yoga Place in 2013.
