This was a fabulous class! Just what I have been looking for. Bob holds his poses longer than some instructors, really allows a good stretch. Will definitely sign up again!
Lindsay has been serving in the field of mental and behavioral health for over a decade. With a BA in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work, her studies have converged modern therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy and motivational Interviewing, with natural and holistic healthcare practices, including Yoga, pranayama, nutrition, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Lindsay lives on a farm.
