Very thankful I finally checked out Barefoot Yoga in Park Circle. The minute you walk in you are invited up the stairs into a comforting and warm space. I felt immediately at home. The classes are small and intimate, which is exactly what I look for in yoga classes in hopes of hands on corrections. I have tried out 3 different types of classes here and enjoyed each of them. If you’re looking for more intensive body work I strongly suggest doing a Thai body work session with Marie. She is highly intuitive and incredibly knowledgeable. I look forward to becoming a regular at Barefoot!
Krista is originally from Long Island, NY but has been down south for 4 years now and has grown accustomed to this southern lifestyle. She is a teacher of all things, history, geography, yoga, and forever a student of these as well. When she’s not teaching you can find her dancing, traveling, hiking or at the beach. She was drawn to yoga in an attempt to replace a long history of dance classes and wanted a good stretch but quickly discovered how much more yoga had to offer. Her personal style of yoga is slow flow and moving yin practice. She is excited to practice with you and share in these benefits of yoga together. Namaste
