Very thankful I finally checked out Barefoot Yoga in Park Circle. The minute you walk in you are invited up the stairs into a comforting and warm space. I felt immediately at home. The classes are small and intimate, which is exactly what I look for in yoga classes in hopes of hands on corrections. I have tried out 3 different types of classes here and enjoyed each of them. If you’re looking for more intensive body work I strongly suggest doing a Thai body work session with Marie. She is highly intuitive and incredibly knowledgeable. I look forward to becoming a regular at Barefoot!
Erica Winters 200 RYT Yoga Tree CYT Prenatal Yoga As a yoga teacher, Erica is encouraging, authentic, and creative. Her playful approach to yoga draws from her life experience as she guides students to explore their yoga and their lives with humor and grace. In addition to teaching, Erica writes about yoga, meditation, and health. She is a regular contributor to Yoga Journal, Charleston Grit, as well as, many other publications. Her inspirations for writing and yoga include her new daughter Annabelle, her cat Gracey, and her dog Penny.
