As an older adult it is difficult to want to get into this kind of activity. Mikayla and her team have made me feel very welcome and encouraging. Given my physical limitations, they have pushed me when they knew I could and have been accepting of my abilities.
Mikayla and team also teach my 7 year old girl. She has been coming to Aerial Enchantment now for around 4 years and is loving it. This is a highly recommended area of exercise from Toddler to older adult.
Cate has been doing trapeze for 5 years now and Lyra for about 2 years, she competed in the NSW heat at miss lyra 2019 in the Showtime Category. She has done performances on trapeze and some lyra. Cate also has 25 years of experience in ballroom dancing. Cate started teaching aerials at the beginning of 2020 and loves transferring her silks and knowledge to new students. Everyone will find out her love for her doggy taco…. one of the loves of her life as well as her husband
