Erika began her journey on the path of yoga in 2009. Having a background of a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a career as a personal trainer, she was initially attracted to the practice for the fitness benefits. It didn’t take long before the transformation occurring within her from the deeper teachings of yoga, led her to complete her first 200 RYT program in 2014, centered around the practice of power vinyasa flow. After teaching for two years, Erika was compelled to return to her studies and completed her second 200 RYT in January of 2018, graduating from the School of Gentle Yoga with an additional focus on the awareness and the wisdom of the “subtle” effects of the practice. She is currently working on her 500 RYT.

She supports her students with cues for safety and alignment and an emphasis on listening to their own inner wisdom, allowing for discovery of their freedom within the practice.

Jazmine Amelia is a sound bath practitioner, meditation and yoga instructor, and reiki master. She grew up in a musical household and was coined a multi-instrumentalist at a very young age. After college, Jazmine continued to struggle with chronic lower back pain and turned to music, movement, and mantra as a way to navigate her way out of physical discomfort. In 2012, Jazmine tuned-in to the power of quartz crystal singing bowls, adding them in to her personal meditation practice. At the time, her meditations consisted of chanting mantras learned during the first of four yoga teacher trainings, beginning with Bhakti Yoga Shala in Santa Monica, CA and ending with Yoga Oceanside. Now, Jazmine shares her personal meditation techniques with the hope of inspiring others to break out of formality, out of the structure of what meditation should look like, and break into fluidity, into an inner knowing of what practice is right for one’s own body, mind, and personal growth. In Jazmine's sound meditation classes, learn both active and passive meditation techniques, from toning to ritual and sound baths, helping you create a unique, personal meditation practice tailored to your individual interests and needs. When Jazmine's not reading books on sound healing, taking music and voice lessons, or performing group and private sound baths, you can find her in her backyard homesteading with her fiancée and parents, visiting with Doula clients, or traveling the world as a flight attendant.
